Having received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, having been baptized by immersion in water, and being in agreement with River of Life Assembly of God statements, strategy, and structure; I now feel led by the Holy Spirit to unite with the River of Life church family in membership. In doing so, I commit myself to God and to the others members of River of Life to do the following:
